Edward (aka Ted) W. Powell
A Little Bit About Ted…
Conceived in the middle of a wheat field on the plains of Saskatchewan, Ted has kept his rural roots firmly in his ethos, while searching for the key to break massive urban structures into more people-friendly, completory components.
Powerfully motivated by the promise of extant technology, he researches solutions to all manner of design problems whether related to energy generation or conservation, efficient transportation modes, modern social structures, or leading-edge entertainment concepts. Never content with the status quo in the idioms of architecture and conceptualization, he theorizes, tests models, and promulgates results.
Hobbies: Culinary Arts, Writing, Inventing, Music Composition, Metal Furniture Design, Dance and Ideating.
Credited with numerous university level courses in subjects spanning the spectrum of post-secondary learning, Ted holds a Diploma in Architectural Technology from the Northern Alberta Institute of Technology and he is currently enrolled in the third year of the NAIT Bachelor of Technology Program — major: Engineering Systems. He plans to complement these studies with a Bachelor of Communication and a Masters Degree in Engineering.
Ted is a master in the art of computer modeling. Resourcing countless software enablers, he creates dramatic 3-d colored renderings and visually enhanced animated movies to underscore his creations.
